WHISK & NOURISH was created from both a love of food and a deeply personal journey with health and healing.
I’ve lived with Multiple Sclerosis for over 10 years, and over that time I’ve learned to navigate life through a combination of traditional care and intentional lifestyle changes. Living with a chronic illness has taught me that there is no single path to “feeling better” — instead, it’s a collection of small, meaningful choices that come together to support how we live each day.
Over the years, I’ve made changes to my diet, routines, and daily habits that have helped me better manage my energy, my symptoms, and my overall sense of well-being. What I’ve come to understand is that living well doesn’t look the same for everyone — and it doesn’t need to. It’s not about doing everything perfectly, but about finding what works for you and building from there.
Even the smallest changes — whether it’s what we eat, how we rest, or how we structure our day — can make a real difference physically and mentally over time. That belief is at the heart of everything I share through WHISK & NOURISH.
This space is about more than gluten-free baking or recipes. It’s about supporting a way of living that feels more gentle, more intentional, and more sustainable — especially for those navigating chronic illness or looking to reconnect with their well-being in a simpler way.
Through baking, coaching, and lifestyle practices, my hope is to help others feel less overwhelmed and more supported in their everyday lives — one small, nourishing step at a time.
